Why host a dinner?
Hello, I’m Marta. I’ve always been fascinated by the power of dinner table conversations. Hosting dinner parties has shown me that the best ones spark meaningful and sometimes heated discussions, leaving guests inspired, or even irritated, but always changed. Eat.Nourish.Change is my way to stimulate conversations about our food system and its environmental impact. As a passionate host and cook, it feels only natural to have these discussions while enjoying the food which represents the change I want to promote. My goal is to inform, provoke, and inspire - with a ripple effect.
A bit about me: I’m Polish, but I’ve lived in many countries around the world. Currently, I work as a chef at Elo Food Based. Previously, I was an innovation consultant in tech, and earlier, an architect and visual designer. I blend these diverse experiences to create Eat.Nourish.Change.
